MEMBERS
In addition to data retained for the purposes of membership administration (such as when you joined), we will collect and use the following personal data:

- Membership application form
- Online membership application
We have a legal obligation to use this personal data in order to govern the CLT, including maintaining a Register of Members, and inviting you to General Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
With your consent we will also send you newsletters, and may inform you of other opportunities to engage with our work, including asking you to support projects and campaigns with which we are involved and requests for funding or fundraising support.
We use Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com) to manage our members mailing lists. We will share your name and email address with Mailchimp in order to send you all the above.
We will not share this data with any other organisation without your explicit consent.
We may share aggregate information on our membership without any identifying individual data, based on this data, with interested parties.
We will retain this data so long as you are a member of the CLT.
In addition, we may collect and use other non-personal data in order to improve our service to members.
SUPPORTERS
We collect the following personal data for other individuals who may support or be interested in our work, for our newsletter:

- Sign-up sheets at meetings and on street stalls

SURVEYS
We may invite you to take part in surveys for various purposes.
Detail on the information to be collected, the purposes, how we will use the data, and with whom it will be shared, will be included with the survey.
No data will be shared or published which can identify any individual.
We will retain any personal data collected only as long as needed to produce any reports, and in any case no longer than two years.
